We will first meet with each person individually and then as a group 5 times.

Individually and collectively, we will map out the current problems and pain-points. After gathering the data around the felt needs and interpersonal dynamics, we engage the group around solutions, build non-violent communication habits, empower individual’s voices, and work towards the established goals set out at the beginning.
