Trapper Lukaart

Trapper is a coach and seasoned psychotherapist with 17 years in private practice working with a broad demographic of clients. A significant aspect of his practice is devoted to offering clinical supervision and consultation. Working with new and long-time therapists in a variety of settings has provided a means of practical contribution to the field while enabling constant study of the modalities that offer people the best opportunity for growth.

As a founding member of the Allender Center, a trauma focused teaching and training organization, Trapper had the opportunity to co-create and run an experiential training program in which leaders cultivated an aptitude for group facilitation and self discovery through personal story engagement. In developing and leading this program, the power of applying a therapeutic orientation to a practical, outcome driven framework became clear.

Trapper is passionate about creating a dynamic coaching environment that integrates skill development with personal growth in a way that addresses the complex challenges of being in leadership.

He resides on the Kitsap Peninsula in beautiful Washington state with his wife of 20 years and three children.
